Frequently asked questions

Rankup (رانك أب in Arabic, also written Rankup JO; online at rankupjo.com) is a Jordanian streetwear brand based in Amman. We make customizable, made-to-order hoodies, t-shirts, and polos with gaming-inspired printed or embroidered badges, for gamers and anyone who wants a custom hoodie.

Order online at rankupjo.com, Rankup's own store. Rankup is based in Amman, makes every custom hoodie, t-shirt and polo to order, and delivers it anywhere in Jordan. Delivery costs 3.000 JOD to Amman, 7.000 JOD to Aqaba, and 5.000 JOD everywhere else in Jordan. You pick the garment, colour, size and badge on the site, see the price in JOD before you order, and track the order in your account.

The Oversized Hoodie starts at 32.000 JOD (12 colours, sizes S–XXL). Also made to order: the Classic T-shirt from 15.000 JOD and the Polo Shirt from 18.000 JOD. Customization is added on top and shown before you add the piece to your bag: an embroidered badge costs 1.500 JOD (up to 10 cm), 2.500 JOD (up to 20 cm), or 4.000 JOD (up to 35 cm), and printing costs 0.020 JOD per cm² of print area (a 10 × 10 cm print adds 2.000 JOD). Delivery costs 3.000 JOD to Amman, 7.000 JOD to Aqaba, and 5.000 JOD everywhere else in Jordan.

Choose a base garment, then add embroidery (from Rankup's design library) or print (from the library, or your own uploaded image), placed within prepared customization zones. You can add text, a name, or a number, and preview the piece in 3D — with measurements in centimeters — before ordering.

Embroidery badges are stitched and chosen only from Rankup's design library. Printed badges can be chosen from the library or created from your own uploaded image (PNG, JPG, or WebP). Both can be combined on the same garment in different zones.

Yes. On the Printing page (rankupjo.com/en/print) you choose a hoodie, t-shirt or polo, upload your photo or logo (PNG, JPG or WebP) or type your text, place it in the garment's print areas with a live 3D preview and set its size. Printing costs 0.020 JOD per cm² of print area, so a 10 × 10 cm print adds 2.000 JOD. It is printed in Amman and delivered anywhere in Jordan.

At launch, Rankup delivers within Jordan only. Production begins once payment is confirmed and normally takes 5–7 working days; the estimated total delivery time appears on your order after payment is confirmed. Delivery is carried out by our delivery partner. Delivery costs 3.000 JOD to Amman, 7.000 JOD to Aqaba, and 5.000 JOD everywhere else in Jordan.

CliQ (a manual bank transfer confirmed by our team), PayPal, and cash on delivery for the remaining balance after a deposit. You may also pay the full amount online where that option is offered at checkout.

Where a deposit option is offered, you pay at least 50% of the order total online as a deposit and the rest in cash on delivery; any further online payment must be at least 1.000 JOD (or the remaining balance, if less). Production only starts once your payment is confirmed by our system or payment provider.

Custom items (with your chosen text, name, number, image, or embroidery/print) cannot be returned for change of mind, only for a manufacturing defect or a wrong item — report this within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to support@rankupjo.com. Non-customized items may be exchanged for size within 48 hours of delivery, unworn and in original condition; exchange shipping is paid by the customer except for defective or wrong items.

Check the size guide (measurements in centimeters) on each product page before choosing a size. You can also save an optional size profile (height and weight) to your account to help you decide — it's a guide only and doesn't guarantee fit.
